I made this arrangement of Oozlin’ Daddy Blues for my tunebook, based mostly on recordings by Bill Cox and Bob Wills. The song is a simple smutty ditty, bearing more than a passing resemblance to Lonesome Jailhouse Blues and several other tunes.

The Cox performance features a short yodeled section at the end of each section, an approximation of which is transcribed here. It also features this wonderful lyric:

Two old men in a great big row
One caught the other one a-lovin’ his cow

Both the Cox and Wills performances subtly slip an extra beat into the refrain, resulting in a bar of 3/4 each time.
